NEW VAPE WARRANTY POLICY

- Glass products such as rigs, bangers, and Dishes, including SiC, Sapphire, Quartz or Obsidian are not warranted. These items are sold AS IS. You may claim warranty on these items ONLY in case of damaged delivery. These claims MUST be made within 24 hours of product delivery and photographic proof must be submitted to support@newvape.com.

- 1 Year Warranty on NewVape Controllers - This warranty includes any repairs and labor required on claims made within 1 Year of Verified Date of Purchase. Shipping not Included. 

- 30 Day Warranty on NewVape Coils 

- Any claims pertaining to Auber Controllers must be submitted directly with the manufacturer. SEE HERE

- Any claims pertaining to products from DabPress must be submitted directly with the DabPress. SEE HERE

- 1 Year Warranty on all NewVape Metalworks. 

- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in a warranty claim. Return label is required when sending your product for a warranty claim.
