OUR RETURN POLICY:
Our policy on broken shipments, if you do not report damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Return any UNUSED item within 30 days for a full refund. This does not include shipping charges. Ship your item along with a copy of your receipt to CHardware, 711 N Railroad Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33435. Once your item is received we can issue a credit back to the credit card.
DO NOT RETURN USED ITEMS:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returning USED items will result in the items being immediately destroyed and you will forfeit any refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds can take up to 36 hrs to post back to your account.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately 2nd's or special sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@cannabishardware.com and send your item to: Chardware, 711 N Railroad Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33435 Please send a copy of your purchase receipt.
Shipping To return your product, Please ship your CLEAN items to: CHardware, 711 N Railroad Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33435. The customer pays for all shipping when returning a new item, or service, warranty repairs.
Coupons and discounts
Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other offer or discount code.
Import duties & Custom charges
If the buyer is from outside of the United States, the buyer will likely incur duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
